The Flow Plus 24" is a street bike that gives new riders a proper way into the sport while still offering enough performance and quality for experienced riders to enjoy. Compact, trials-inspired geometry makes it easy to learn modern street moves, but stable enough to just ride, mess about and progress on any terrain.
Short chainstays and a tight front triangle help the bike bunnyhop, spin and change direction quickly, while still feeling planted for manuals. A 73° head angle and short-offset Flow V2 alloy fork keep the steering direct and responsive, and the screw-in top cap lets you route the front brake through the steerer for barspins and tailwhips.
The 6061 aluminium frame has detailing you usually see at a higher price point: top and downtube gussets, a unique seatstay/top tube junction and a one-piece forged BB yoke that clears a 22T chainring. Wall thickness is increased in key stress areas for durability. The rear triangle is optimised around a 22:16 gear (fitted as standard), with compact horizontal dropouts and CNC-machined alloy chain tugs for clean, precise adjustment. Frame and fork use IS disc mounts in the 180 mm position (max 185 mm rotor), and the 44 mm head tube lets you run straight 1 1/8" forks or upgrade to tapered with the right lower cup.
Spec is dialled for real riding, not just showroom appeal. An Inspired Flow riser bar and Trialtech stem handle steering. Inspired 2-piece alloy cranks with external BB, KMC chain and Trialtech Race platform pedals give a solid drivetrain. Avid BB5 disc brakes provide a simple but effective brake set-up (with Magura MT4 upgrades available), while tough double-wall Inspired rims on smooth Trialtech disc hubs with Maxxis Holy Roller tyres finish off a durable, street-ready build.
A wide selection of brakes ensures you get the right bang for your buck: BB5's offer reliable braking performance while removing the risk of damaging hydraulic hoses, while the entry level MT4 provides improved lever response, power and modulation. High end choices like the MT7 HC3 and Hope brakes offer additional adjustability to dial in the right amount of power, reach and travel while ensuring that when you pull the lever in an emergency, the brake will remain locked no matter what.
